Position Summary: The Community Relations Coordinator will embrace and communicate the Mission, Vision, and Values of Hearthstone Senior Living to prospects, residents, team members, and the greater community .

Community Relations Coordinator Responsibilties
- Provide tours to prospective residents.
- Guide prospective new residents through the decision-making process.
- Know the features of each community within Hearthstone while utilizing the Sherpa CRM philosophy.
- Maintain and manage connections with prospective residents, decision makers and community contacts.
- Work closely with multiple departments and team members to provide a seamless move in process.
- Assist with the development and implementation of a Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Coordinate the Community’s social media strategy and implementation.
- Participate in activities outside of the community to raise awareness and develop community partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
