Position Summary: The Resident Care Coordinator is a key member of the clinical team. The RCC IS responsible for scheduling, training and leading caregivers and med techs while creating an environment that is consistent with Hearthstone at Murrayhill’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling for Caregivers (CG) and Med Techs (MT)
Responsible for computer-based scheduling program (Paychex Time & Attendance)
Responsible for the accuracy of time sheets
Rotate on-call for scheduling with all RCCs
Participate in interviewing and hiring CGs and MTs
Provide training for new CGs and MTs and routinely ensure proficiencies
Responsible to oversee health services team members as a team lead
Remain flexible to cover open caregiving and med tech shifts
Asssit with Service Plans
Responsible for cycle fill
Routinely conduct med room audits
Attend shift change meetings
Other duties as assigned
