Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently looking for Speech Pathologist to join our team! The Early Learning Center Teacher is responsible for the supervision and management of the classroom in accordance with the philosophy, program, and curriculum of our center to provide child care which is caring, consistent, constructive, and developmentally appropriate. Responsibilities:
- Our ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of the Department of Children and Family Licensing standards for day care centers. You must have knowledge of the theories and principles of child development, along with an understanding of emergency procedures for first aid, fire drills, and severe weather procedures.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
In addition, the early childhood teacher responsible for a group of children that includes infants, toddler, or preschool-age children shall have achieved:
- Sixty semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six; or
- One year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center and 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six; or
- Completion of credentialing programs approved by the Department
