What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper (Part-Time Local Candidates Only) position at Hearthstone?
This position starts at 2-days per week. Shifts are Thursdays and Fridays 8am-4pm with additional weekday shifts available each week. We have only ONE position left to fill and will consider seasonal candidates or applicants wanting year-round employment.
Pay to start: $20.00/hour
After June 1st: $21.00/hour
June 23 - Aug 31, 2025: $25.00/hour
Create a welcoming environment for our Hearthstone owners and guests by ensuring homes are clean, safe and well-cared for.
- Responsibile for the residential cleaning of the 18 fractional ownership homes at Hearthstone.
- Tasks includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, making beds, dusting, vaccuuming, mopping within the homes as scheduled by the supervisor.
- Assisting with laundry (loading, transferring, folding) in commerical laundry throughout the shift.
- Cleaning and restocking laundry utility carts after each home.
- Deep cleaning of homes during the non-peak season.
- Identifying and reporting any extra cleaning needed in a home to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Additional daily cleaning of the Operations Building and the clubhouse as scheduled by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Local candidates preferred for part-time availability
