Who You Are :
You're a principal content strategist at heart who's eager to manage the planning, coordination and delivery of our content focused on our SMB (that's small and medium-sized businesses) professional services customers. You'll be plugged in all across the revenue marketing team (and the rest of the business) to support our growth objectives by producing audience-first content that helps drive brand awareness, educate the market, nurture customers and influence pipeline.
- What You'll Do :
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to drive awareness and build trust with Global Payments' audience of SMB professional services customers
Identify new content topics through a variety of methods (customer interviews, competitive analysis, internal council of product marketers, sales leaders, & executives, etc.) using a journalist's instinct for a great story
Plan and produce content, such as video podcasts, live event webinars, or interactive web pieces with internal partners and vendors
Create and manage a detailed editorial calendar, in alignment with our distribution teams, leveraging our organic social channels, paid campaigns and email marketing efforts
Own our bi-weekly newsletters, which packages up all of our video content, blogs, interactive content and customer stories to ensure these valuable assets find their audience
Interview internal and external SMEs, incorporating customer voices & proprietary data in our content to help it stand out from the pack
Work within our webinar platform and CMS to ensure the entire registration, go-live, and post-event experience is smooth for attendees
Define and implement content models and schemas to standardize content structures, facilitating reuse and scalability
Partner with Product Marketing to activate and execute on product launch campaigns and landing pages targeting SMB professional services customers
Map all content to the buyer's journey and align content plans with business goals
Determine how to leverage AI tools to accelerate the velocity of our content creation and develop interesting new content formats for our audiences
Measure, analyze, & report on content performance to inform future content trends. As we get more feedback from our audiences, you'll take that feedback and help the team refine our topics and messaging.
Develop all content with an eye for updates, optimization and repackaging to reinforce our belief that content isn't 'set-it-and-forget-it'
Keep a pulse on the latest content trends to stay ahead of the curve and and then beyond it
