What You'll Be Doing:
Work one-on-one with children, using proven ABA strategies to build positive behaviors and life skills.

What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A love for working with children and a genuine desire to help.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in dynamic situations.
Dependable transportation for home or community-based sessions.
A commitment to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we’ll guide you through it).
Willingness to commit for at least 6 months to ensure consistency for the children we serve.
