Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple agricultural job sites, including farms, nurseries, and processing facilities.
- Perform hands-on work related to crop maintenance, livestock care, equipment operation, soil testing, and more.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and tools as needed.
- Assist in implementing best practices for soil health, irrigation, and crop/livestock management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Work closely with farmers, site managers, and other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Document work performed and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
