Description :
A Cabling Associate I will work closely with the Cable Installer II and / or Lead Technicians to install and implement structured cabling solutions. They will be expected to maintain a standard of quality and provide a positive customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
Pulling and installing new Cat 5E / Cat 6 cable.
Climbing up and down ladders at varies heights.
Installing cable pathways and raceways.
Be able to use basic hand tools and power tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Install proper cable sleeves and chases.
Take direction from Lead Technician.
Learn basics between different types of cabling.
Terminate Cat 5E / Cat 6 cable properly.

Preferred Experience :
Construction and / or Electrical field experience
Required Skills, Education and / or Certifications required :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License

Computer Skills : Microsoft office Suite (Basic knowledge of computers)
