Job Overview:
At Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Driver Non CDL to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers across Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver products to customers on assigned routes, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Pick up company property from customer locations and collect returns
• Utilize computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily
• Provide excellent customer service and meet customer expectations through communication, problem resolution, and follow-up
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of work experience
• Local delivery experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Driver's license required by state: Class E license in Missouri and Class C license in Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines
• Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required
