Job Summary
The eB2B Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the MyCoke platform in order to provide a seamless user experience that bridges the gap between the physical and digital experience. Responsible for the full end-to-end customer experience, storefront content management, digital strategy, and capability roadmap. Collaborates with sales leadership on implementation of MyCoke and identifies advancements that can improve our customer’s overall digital commerce experience while growing gross profit and volume, along with focusing on customer retention and average order value.
Job Responsibilities
- Represents Heartland as the myCoke subject matter expert including CONA bottler lead for various Commerce, OCM, and Marketing working groups.
- Responsible for strategy development and capability enhancements on the myCoke platform through cross-functional collaboration to ensure that the digital commerce platform meets both customer and business needs.
- Works with the Graphic Designer and additional key stakeholders on developing banners, marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, promotional programs, and responsible for timely content placement on customer storefronts.
- Execute the implementation of new products/features on the myCoke platform while stewarding results back to key internal stakeholders.
- Partner with BSNA support team on myCoke testing, customer support, and new feature implementation.
- Partner with CONA CDO, Bottling community, and NAOU to understand best practices in digital space, future strategies, initiatives, and help to guide our digital journey.
- Influences senior leadership decisions on the development of short-term and long-term strategies and initiatives to continuously improve the business.
- Supports Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Care through collaboration and training assessment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
- E-Commerce platform management and/or CRM software experience.
- Digital Marketing and Strategy experience.
- Prior experience in sales & marketing, distribution, or operations environment. Experience with varying channels of business and understanding of macro trends of consumers within the channels.
- Effectively communicates and builds relationships at all organizational levels; ability to both present ideas and influence decisions at leadership level.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and make decisions from the data.
- Experience analyzing the business drivers and drains to find solutions to coarse correct.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.

Pay: $82,238 - $97,658 a year
