Job Summary
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory count. Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
- Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
- Identifies and reports close-dated product and any product that is mislabeled with incorrect BBE date as needed.
- Coordinates inbound and outbound dunnage loads daily and weekly.
- Reconciles open purchase orders daily and weekly. Assists in invoice management. Approves all STO / PO corrections. Submits Bottler Resolution Forms (BRF).
- Complies with all internal control requirements and documentation storage.
- Adheres to product quality guidelines including product returns.
- Responsible for warehouse traceability and quality hold processes and routines.
- Collaborates with TMS on scheduling all carriers and any claims tipped loads / frozen product.
Job Requirements
Pay : $19.00 an hour
