• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of service delivery.
