Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive program and project management support for DOJ systems, including financial, facilities management, property management, business intelligence, and reporting systems. Ensure compliance with information systems laws, regulations, policies, and DOJ requirements. Serve as a key resource for project execution, administration, Scrum Master duties, and project support across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SharePoint or MS Teams sites and facilitate meetings.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and provide administrative support.
- Facilitate daily standup/scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Lead cross-team meetings and provide Agile training.
- Assist with project implementation, maturity, and growth.
- Ensure adherence to PMBOK best practices and project scoping.
- Support quality control of project deliverables and customer service.
- Assist in financial systems audits and generate monthly project review briefings.
- Track and communicate project risks and issues.
- Promote process optimization and organizational growth.
- Regularly update project status and communicate to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven ability to administer project management tools like SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in financial systems audits, project scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
