In our Digital Service Agent, you'll learn skills that will benefit you throughout your Heartland career while encouraging you to dream big.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct member digital appointments from website calendar, such as account openings, financial coaching, and member account questions.
- Handle member in-branch digital appointments
- Process online membership applications
- Manage member chats and assist with phone calls, utilizing digital tools, when not in member digital appointments
- Assist with Member Service task escalation queue
- Maintain an effective working knowledge of all savings and lending products, and forms
- Adhere to regulations with company policies and procedures
- Support staff when needed with members, technology and performance challenges within our digital channel
- Educate members on products and services
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
- A positive attitude and strong desire to help others
- Ability to promote a professional image of the credit union at all times
- Able to work with multiple digital sources and validate accuracy of information
- Inquisitive nature for digital discovery and aligning solutions to business needs
- In depth working knowledge of all CU digital products such as online banking, mobile banking, website, and audio banking
- Ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities
- Maintain self-control under stressful situations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
