About the Role
- Develop strong relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and promote overall oral health and well-being through personalized treatment plans and educational resources.
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings, exams, and X-rays to diagnose and prevent oral health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement customized treatment plans to address patient needs and concerns and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
- Suggest preventative measures to help patients maintain good oral health and advise them on the importance of regular check-ups.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and a current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR Certification.
