Unique Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Hygienist to join our team at TFD-Crystal Lake.
This is a traveling position until 7/2025, with the option to split days between two offices in Woodstock and Crystal Lake.
The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.

Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in Illinois
- Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
