The Smile Centre, a well established dental office located in Sarasota, FL is looking for a Experienced General Dentist to join our team!

About The Smile Centre

The Smile Centre, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With support of a practice manager and a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

• Join a 11 person team, to include 2 established doctors that thrive on collaboration, communication and community
• Itero, WaveOne, CBCT, Invisalign, Digital Pano and more!
• Full time position with unlimited earning potential as a doctor
• Monday thru Thursday - 8am - 5pm
• Joining a well established team to support new patients as well as an exisitng patient base
• Since the office has a reputation of having high standards of treatment within the community, we are looking for the ideal dentist to provide this type of patient care as well

You’ll need to have

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Florida
• 2 years of clinical experience as a dentist in a dental office
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans

It’s a plus if you have

• Open, positive and mentally flexible mindset - open to growth and expanding clinical skillset to learn new procedures
• Ability to join a well established team include 2 partner doctors
• Clinical experience with endodontics, placing Implants and Invisalign a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
