Job Details :

  • Average Weekly Pay : $1,139 (Top earners make $1,922 weekly)
  • Average Miles : 2,200 weekly
  • Home Expectations : Home Weekly
  • Annual Pay Range : $55,000 to $99,000

Driver Pay Protection Plan : Your safety net for unforeseen circumstances.

  • A minimum earning guarantee of $1,060 per week (subject to qualifications), equating to $55,000 annually.
  • 80% of our drivers earn above this minimum - often significantly more!

    • Driver Bonuses :

  • Safety Bonus : Additional $0.01 to $0.03 per mile
  • Hazmat Endorsement : Additional $0.01 on all miles (not required)

  • We prioritize uptime by purchasing new trucks and maintaining them under warranty.

  • Recognizing Experience : 20 years of driving experience rewarded with higher pay!
  • Scheduled wage increases for up to 20 years of experience.
  • All freight is Dry Van.
  • 48-state operating area.
  • Drop and hook operations.
  • No touch freight.
  • Paid orientation / training.
  • Detention / breakdown pay at $16 per hour.
  • Modern, well-maintained terminal facilities across the country :
  • Free showers and laundry.
  • TV, food, and other amenities.
  • Regular driver appreciation events at all terminals.
  • Assigned Driver Manager dedicated to your success.

    Qualifications :
  • Class A CDL
  • 12 months of tractor-trailer driving experience (training available)
  • Age : 21 years or older
  • Good work history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Proven safety-first attitude with a strong driving record.
