SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The family success coach will serve as a direct care staff in a residential substance abuse treatment facility that serves women and children. This position provides on-site family services, including crisis intervention, counseling, skill building and advocacy. This is 24 hours a day, seven days a week program.
Compensation : between $17.95 and $21.40 per hour (wage is based on total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule : 25 hours per week, Thursday and Friday 5 : 00 p.m. - 8 : 00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in social services, child development or related field required.
- Experience with residential services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record
