Job Summary
The Grounds and Facilities Maintenance position will be responsible for general groundskeeping and maintenance of property and buildings and around the farm. This includes general groundskeeping maintenance and land improvement projects.
Qualifications
Core Responsibilities
- Lawn and groomed property upkeep and maintenance.
- Assisting in land improvement projects as general labor
- Assisting in building and facilities maintenance
- All other duties as assigned by the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be 18 or older.
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a variety of situations
- Work with both arms and hands, reaching and pulling at times
- Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
Work Environment
- Assume flexible work hours that vary in day length and schedule due to weather or other factors
- Ability to stand for and work on your feet most of the day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
