JOB DESCRIPTION
The Java House Associate Brand Manager will assist in developing marketing plans, ensure brand standards and driving execution of key initiatives to achieve growth targets. This role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure execution of key priorities and tracking of performance. The position will report to the Brand Manager of Office Coffee and be part of the marketing function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute go-to-market plans to drive brand growth, increase market penetration and build the Java House brand.
- Assist in developing marketing calendar, social activation, website updates, collateral design and production, and implementation of overall planning tactics.
- Work collaboratively with sales organization, key marketing point of contact.
- Databased control and lead sourcing management.
- Graphic design, ensure brand standards and on time delivery of asset needs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns working closely with Brand Manager to develop KPI metrics..
- Ownership and expertise of key data collecting tools.
- Trade shows and event planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is fully onsite at our corporate office in Carmel, Indiana.
