Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Blending Technician located in the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. The Blending Technician will be responsible for mixing ingredients according to recipes, operating blending equipment, ensuring product quality, and
maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in food production or blending
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with SQF, Gluten-free, or Organic certifications is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to adjust to changes in daily work flow
- Ability to read and write in English
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work around flour, nuts, and other allergens as part of the daily activities
- Ability to be on you feet for entirety of shift
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 35-55 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
