Position Summary
The Digital Transformation Manager will oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP and Ignition systems, ensuring real-time data accuracy and system performance. This role involves collaboration with various teams, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
System Management :
Implement, optimize, and manage ERP and Ignition systems centered on waste and resource management to delight the customer for on time delivery and quality.
Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and supporting software.
Use Python for custom solutions and Power BI for generating reports.
Collaboration and Support :
Work closely with senior leadership to align system functionalities with business needs.
Provide tools and insights for data-driven decision-making.
Ensure seamless data integration between ERP, SCADA, and other systems.
Project Management :
Manage projects independently, controlling scope, schedule, risks, and budgets.
Coordinate with outsourcing partners for software and hardware solutions.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external support teams.
Continuous Improvement :
Research emerging technologies and propose relevant changes.
Develop and refine SOPs for compliance and system optimization.

Qualifications and Skills :
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
Expertise in database management and programming (Python, SQL).
Proven experience in manufacturing processes and control systems.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Education and Certifications :
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, accounting or a related field is a must.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL is a must
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Inductive Automation Ignition Platform, SQL, or Power BI are preferred.

Requirements
Required Experience :
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles
Programming or System design experience in one or more of Heartlands' primary systems.
Knowledge of industrial control systems.
Hands on experience in architecting and designing and development of control / Ignition SCADA systems including databases and database interfaces, Tag Providers, Ignition Edge / Enterprise, and ignition foundation drivers.
Hands on experience on SQL and Python development
Solid problem identification and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, or related process industry experience
Preferred Skills, Education and / or Certifications :
Master's Degree in computer science, mathematics, accounting or a related field.
Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Ability to quickly learn, grasp, and implement new technologies and supporting software.
