Responsibilities
We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to join our team. This is a temporary employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating large datasets across various applications/systems while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. This role requires proficiency in advanced Excel functions, comfortability with large datasets, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, migrate, and analyze large datasets to ensure seamless data transitions between applications
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH
- Assist in data migration tasks, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across applications/systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Evaluates and analyzes data and information from various systems to determine issues impacting the business units
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Accounting & Finance Teams to ensure data alignment
- Investigate/reconcile data issues
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
- Understanding of data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and pivot tables; experience with large datasets and data migration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday HCM a plus

Pay: $19.92 - $20.30 per hour
