What You’ll Do
- Provide expert service and maintenance for heating and cooling systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer additional services such as add-on accessories, repairs, and maintenance memberships.
- Educate clients on home comfort solutions tailored to their needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed company productivity standards.
- Deliver accurate, friendly information to clients and resolve their concerns effectively.
- Present invoices, process payments, and complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment serviced in our system.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay ahead in the industry.

- Mechanical aptitude with an emphasis on neat and precise work.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting over 75 lbs., working in various weather conditions, and entering/exiting service vehicles.
