Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional ready to make an impact? As Marketing Coordinator , you’ll work directly under the Regional Marketing Director to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and community involvement across the Minnesota and Wisconsin region. This role blends digital and traditional marketing with opportunities to create, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Development & Management
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Create, schedule, and monitor results of email marketing campaigns.Participate in community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen local engagement.Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.Brand Stewardship & ComplianceMaintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
Uphold legal and regulatory compliance in all marketing activities to protect the integrity of the brand.Monitor and respond to customer reviews, leveraging reputation management tools to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.Design & Content CreationUtilize design tools like Canva to create visually compelling marketing assets. Adobe product knowledge preferred but not required.
Assist with the development of advertising materials, ensuring content is both visually appealing and strategically aligned with brand goals.Qualifications Education & Experience :
Minimum of one year of professional experience in a marketing role with proven success managing social media platforms and / or email marketing campaigns.Skills & Abilities :
Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging content and develop innovative marketing strategies.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Very detail oriented.Technical Proficiency :
Intermediate to expert-level skills in Canva.Proficient in Google Suite.Ability to learn new software in a timely manner.Other Requirements :
