What You’ll Do
- Provide expert service and maintenance for plumbing systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Educate clients on plumbing solutions and recommend additional services or products to meet their needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed company productivity standards.
- Communicate accurate, friendly information to clients, addressing their concerns with professionalism.
- Present invoices, process payments, and complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed in the company system.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay ahead in the plumbing industry.
