Job Description:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned hospice location, ensuring smooth coordination of patient admissions, ancillary services, and team member communication. You will also be responsible for supervising and evaluating interdisciplinary team members, promoting quality care, and monitoring compliance with regulatory agencies and state or federal law.
As a Registered Nurse with a minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing, you will have at least two years' experience in hospice/home care and preferably three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing is preferred, along with a Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field.
