Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Explaining our services to patients and families in a clear and concise manner.
- Assessing patient needs and determining eligibility for admission to our hospice program.
- Participating in on-call duties as required.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid RN license in the state where the program is located.
- A Bachelor's Degree and C.H.P.N. certification are preferred.
- You should have a minimum of 1 year general nursing experience, with hospice experience being highly desirable.
- CPR Certification is required.
