Job Description: We’re looking for a Cultivation Specialist to join our green-thumbed crew! If you’re passionate about the plant and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to nurture the next generation of premium cannabis. You’ll work closely with our cultivation team to ensure our crops are healthy, thriving, and ready for harvest. From seed to flower, you’ll be a vital part of our plant care process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in all aspects of cannabis plant cultivation, from propagation to harvest.
• Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and environmental factors (temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Perform regular maintenance, pruning, and trimming of cannabis plants.
• Assist with irrigation, nutrient application, and pest management.
• Maintain a clean and organized grow area.
• Track and document plant growth, health, and any changes in conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cultivation regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop cultivation strategies that improve yield and quality.
• Must be 21 and comply with all state and local regulations.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to follow a repetitive daily routine
• Must be reliable, a team player, and communicate well with management and employees

Qualifications:

• Have reliable transportation
• Experience in the cannabis industry is not required
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to frequently lift and bend
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
