Overview :
Were looking for a Bereavement Coordinator - Volunteer Coordinator to join our team.
This is a less than part-time position working 16 hours / week. Weekday hours with a flexible schedule!
You will report directly to the Executive Director or Administrator. Youll be responsible for identifying the bereavement needs and providing the highest quality service to meet those needs.
- Youll be providing bereavement needs to families, staff and volunteers
- Youll be gathering information to develop the family bereavement service needs
- Youll maximize family access to resources including volunteers, groups, and referrals
- Youll be supervising all volunteer activity in the local area of service
- Youll be recruiting, training and retaining volunteers
