As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales superheroes, building your own squad of Avengers to take on the arch-nemesis of old-school payroll systems. You'll run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cutting-edge solutions can revolutionize their business operations. What's in it for you? Essential Responsibilities
You'll be living out of your car (or truck or skateboard, your choice) and running appointments with new sales reps and veterans on the daily.
We need someone who can recruit like a boss, using social media and other sneaky tactics to bring in the best of the best.
If you can't prospect, be resourceful, communicate, present, and network with CPAs and Brokers like a boss, this might not be the gig for you.
You'll be working independently and as part of a team, so you better be comfortable in your own skin as well as around others.
We need someone who's a pro at developing talent and closing sales, with a proven track record to boot.
This is a work-from-home field sales leadership opportunity, and candidates must live locally.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older
This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary
In accordance with state law, a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
Live in area relative to job posting location
Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time

We're not messing around with compensation. A first-year Heartland Division Manager may expect a first year average of $100,000 - $140,000+ in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Cha-ching! Commission-based.
