Heartland Pella Windows and Doors is seeking a dedicated individual to gather correct job site and product data and to clearly communicate program goals and set realistic expectations while continuing to offer exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:
Start all install jobs with Installation Team
Train internal & subcontracted installation personnel on all processes.
Responsible for the implementation and fulfillment of the Order Verification Process in a timely manner.
Helps to coordinate work schedules for all installation teams, both employed and subcontracted installation teams, to ensure cost and time effective scheduling.
Communicates effectively with customers and serves as a reputable Pella representative on all job-sites.
Develop and implement a job site evaluation process to ensure that all requirements are being fulfilled at the job site. Review discrepancies with installers immediately.
Will communicate to the sales team any problems and issues as they arise.
Will assist the installation teams in formulating the Recovery Plan as needed.

Must be fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the Order Verification Process.
Must have knowledge and experience to take and record accurate measurements.
Will use Pella software to verify measurements and product information in the customer
Specialist will have to have proficient knowledge of Pella software systems.
Is responsible for correctly recording information on the Order Verification Check sheet.
Will work with both the Sales Team and the Installers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
If product discrepancies are found, will follow the prescribed written process for correction.
Ensure that prescribed job-site safety rules are followed at all time during the completion of the Order Verification Process.
Will quote and do sales presentations to Homeowners when needed.
Work with the installation team to ensure the highest quality installation possible while implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvements to the install process.
Estimate labor and miscellaneous materials for jobs.
Maintain an accurate job costing system to monitor margins for all jobs.
Timely attendance and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to use hand and powered tools.
Expert knowledge and experience of construction practices and methods.
Construction and mechanical background.
Ability to lift and carry more than 100 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, etc.
Pleasant, professional, well-groomed appearance.
A positive attitude.
Ability to take initiative and seek solutions with limited supervision.
Ability to work well with employees and customers.
A valid driver license
Excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $68,107.44 - $88,107.44 per year
