Lead Merchandiser – You will be managing day-to-day projects from start to finish along with promoting sales opportunities. This role includes coordinating crew member schedules and organizing client goals and standards through smooth planning and budgeting. Our Lead Merchandiser is tasked with ensuring all crew members are being supported and developed and that customers are being taken care of.

Hours: 6am to 3pm, a 5 to 6-day work schedule will be discussed upon interview (must be available on weekends)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor

• Quality control inspections – rotate product

• Organize product in particular patterns

• Help set up promotional displays

• Make recommendations for promotional strategies

• Maintain and track inventory

• In depth understanding of customer’s company policies and procedures and ensure team member’s adherence

• Create and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with procedures.  

• Monitor daily tasks and change course as needed for timely project completion. 

• Perform admin tasks as needed: photos of completed work, send emails, write schedules, input payroll, etc.

• Daily communication (meetings, emails, calls, etc.) with customer and crew members is vital for day-to-day operation.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis – bend, stretch, stoop, twist as needed

• Ability to stand for 8 plus hours

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – speak, read and write preferred

• Retail supervisory experience – 1 year experience

• Retail merchandising experience - 2 years’ experience

• Produce experience, preferred

• Will be required to travel to other store locations for specific assignments and coverage

• Excellent time management and attention to detail skills

• Strong communication and interpretation skills

• Committed to providing excellent customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be self-sufficient / self-starter
