Merchandiser - PT Lakemoor, IL

Merchandiser – Making sure all product from the distribution center is presented accordingly and driving sales within the produce department at Woodman's Lakemoor.

Hours: 6am to 2pm on Sundays (may work an occasional Saturday - schedule will be discussed in further detail upon interview).

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor

· Quality control inspections – rotate product

· Organize product in particular patterns

· Help set up promotional displays

· Make recommendations for promotional strategies

· Maintain and track inventory

Job Qualifications:

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis

· Produce experience, preferred

· Excellent time management and attention to detail skills

· Strong communication and interpretation skills

· Committed to providing excellent customer service

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· May be required to travel to other store locations

· Must be self-sufficient / self-starter

Benefits and Compensation

· $16/hour starting rate

· Pay may increase with experience level

· Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) – Employer Match up to 5%

· End of the year bonus
