Job Overview:
An Endoscopy Nurse (ENDO RN) is responsible for providing specialized care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, such as colonoscopies, gastroscopies, and bronchoscopies. They assist physicians during procedures, monitor patients' vital signs, administer sedation and pain management, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Endoscopy nurses also educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, manage equipment, and maintain sterile environments. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both routine and emergency situations in a fast-paced setting. Endoscopy nurses typically work in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or surgical centers.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
- BSN
Compensation:
Hourly range $31.25-$46.88
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
