Our company is a progressive company that is in search of a reliable and motivated individual to work in Sturgis, MI for various departments. The position will handle the daily duties of RV manufacturing where previous experience is preferred:
Positions open in all departments.
The general responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Qualifications
- Experience using saws (chop saws, hole saws)
- Experience using power tools (Screw guns, nail guns, staple guns)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and product orders
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening process
- Previous RV skill sets including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc., is highly desired.

- Desire to potentially grow with the company
- RV Experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (Wire harnessing only)
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend at the knees and waist frequently
- Ability to work off the ground and utilize a safety harness
- Ability to wear the required PPE
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
