- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care
- to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Implement physicians’ orders
- and ensure the delivery of prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor residents’ health
- and respond promptly to any changes or concerns, documenting all care and observations according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the care team
- to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
- Administer first aid and emergency care
- when necessary, both for occupational and non-occupational health issues.
- Work as part of a team
- to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our residents.
- Qualifications :
- Must be a
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- with a current state certification.
- Ability to work compassionately and effectively with residents in a senior living environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
