Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding to keep properties looking pristine.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping activities, including digging, planting, and pruning.
- Assist in tree care and tree trimming to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Participate in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed to maintain optimal moisture levels.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing routine checks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential.
- Ability to dig, lift heavy materials, and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
