Job Description

Position Summary:

The B-Tech performs preventative functions such as inspections, diagnosis, and automotive repairs to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
• Inspect and repair automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, and other critical components.
• Perform oil changes, transmission fluid exchanges, and filter replacements.
• Install and maintain tires to ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation.
• Conduct thorough road tests to verify vehicle performance and identify potential issues.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential for this role.
• The ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 50-100 pounds is required.
• Prolonged standing, bending, crouching, twisting, and crawling are also necessary aspects of this position.
• ASE certifications or a technical school degree are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tire service experience: 3 years (desired)

Compensation Details

The hourly wage for this position is between $18-$25 per hour.
