POSITION SUMMARY : The Automotive Service Writer acts as the liaison between customers and the service department to ensure timely and accurate service and build customer relationships.

- Provides helpful, friendly and respectful customer service with a We Can Do That attitude.
- Combines advanced automotive knowledge with strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate with the service technician team to ensure best in class service to customers.
- Builds strong customer relationships to generate repeat customers.
- Creates work schedules and manages service center workflow.
- Leads and mentors junior technicians to assist in their growth and development.
- Road tests vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
