Responsibilities:

  • Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations
  • Develops and executes Parts Department marketing plan and monitors the plan monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals
  • Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit
  • Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals
  • Effectively manage inventory, including lost sales tracking, parts fill ratio and overall parts inventory turn times required.
  • Supervise parts counter sales associates
  • Utilize effective time management skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at one time.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
