Position Purpose
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Senior Business Analyst will support enterprise-wide initiatives, strategic projects, and process improvement efforts. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving efficiency, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a problem-solving mindset, working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Essential Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and documentation efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across multiple business units.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and workflows to support technology and operational initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use case diagrams, and process maps.
- Manage and contribute to strategic projects and special initiatives, providing analytical support and project coordination.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and provide recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
- Assist in change management, training, and adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and project execution.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location service industries.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and working with executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, workflow automation, and operational efficiency strategies.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Certifications:
- Professional Business Analysis (PBA), Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive initiatives forward.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive-level communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and business analysis software.

Pay Range
