Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials that align with Heartland Vet Supply’s brand voice and values.
- Campaign Coordination:Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal events. Track progress and report performance metrics.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and interact with followers on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with affiliate marketing partners and influencers to develop content and campaigns that grow brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers and affiliates to establish relationships and partnerships.
- Assist in managing influencer campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines.
- Graphic Design Assistance:Collaborate with the team to create visuals and graphics for ads, email campaigns, and social media with the help of James B and his team.
- Website Support:Assist with updating website content, uploading products, and optimizing pages for SEO.
- Administrative Support:Manage marketing calendars, coordinate meetings, and track budgets for campaigns.
- Customer Engagement:Respond to customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Market Research (Team Collaboration): Participate in team efforts to conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Tracking and Analysis for various campaigns using data collected. Provide written reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (preferred, but relevant experience also considered)
- Some experience with social media, influencer marketing, or campaign coordination is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team
