Essential Duties
- Regionally travel to your Financial Institution partner's branches daily, where you’ll be the rockstar they look forward to frequently seeing.
- Communicate all activity with your branch partners.
- Listen intently to your customer's needs, and match them with our fantastic products and services that will take their business to the next level.
- Prospect for new leads, respond quickly to inquiries, and consistently close new merchant accounts every single month.
- Be a problem-solver: overcome any customer objections, issues or concerns to ensure the sale.
- Provide impeccable service to your merchants, building long-lasting relationships that keep them happy.Stay up-to-date with Heartland’s latest hardware, software, programs, and services so that you’re always ready to offer the latest and greatest solutions to your customers.
- Generate a list of prospective businesses and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close, with experience in self-sourcing clients as a huge plus.
- Attend training and team meetings with Heartland co-workers
- Host meetings with your bank partners to keep them informed on our newest software solutions
- Market additional Heartland products and services and share leads with others when appropriate
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect's needs.
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of a background check
- Completion of a mandatory drug screening on or near your sixtieth (60th) day of employment

- We're not messing around with compensation. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000 if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Cha-ching!
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
