As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are excited to be able to offer the unique opportunity of a home-based BCBA with remote telehealth opportunities and access to in-clinic resources, materials, and support including a trained team of behavior technicians. This blended position balances the advantages of naturalistic home-based ABA treatment with traditional clinical support and flexibility. Work from home and clinic workspace opportunities are available, in addition to live support, resources, and services from a large clinical team of experts across multiple disciplines. We are preparing to develop and launch an in-home program. The ideal candidate is a BCBA who can lead this expansive ABA initiative in the Worcester community, will be able to work independently, maintain an organized and efficient schedule, and is an excellent communicator.

In-home BCBA job expectations:
- Providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to clients, in their home environment. A caseload of approximately 6-8 kids is to be maintained based on number of full and part time clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs using appropriate assessment tools based on client’s. Maintaining timely preparation and completion of all documentation, notes, authorizations, and plans of care.
- Oversee and adjust interventions based on data collection and progress monitoring.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
- Perform 1:1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal oriented
- Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients
- Provide parent training, resources and guidance to ensure the quality of care.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
- Review clinical documentation and data collection; provide feedback as needed.
- Travel to clients’ homes within the designated service area.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate family needs, including traveling to clients’ homes within the designation service area, and reporting on site at the clinic location as needed.
- Ensure a safe and distraction-free therapy environment within the home and/or clinic or treatment environment
