We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
**Duties:**
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in various settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor and report changes in individual's health or behavior
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed
- Ensure resident rights and dignity are respected at all times
**Skills:**
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields
- Proficiency in meal preparation and nutrition
- Familiarity with long-term care principles
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of behavior management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
