Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Provider to join our team. This role is ideal for retired nurses looking for the continued reward of caring for others but in a simpler way or nursing students eager to gain hands-on experience. As a Care Provider, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

** Applicants must be able to successfully pass a third party administered background check .

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Engage clients in activities that promote their well-being

Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving, Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA), Patient Care Assistant (PCA), or direct support is preferred.
- Basic first aid and CPR certified is preferred.
- Driver's License with the ability to drive and transport clients if needed.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Experience in a nursing home or home care setting is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
