The Opportunity - Associate, Paid Search
The Paid Search Associate will provide essential support to the search team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to day-to-day account management tasks.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of search marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A strong analytical mind is essential for this role, as the candidate will need to analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Compensation Range
$45,000—$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Microsoft Excel and crunching data is a large part of this role, and much of the day-to-day consists of working on your computer within Excel spreadsheets, so be aware of this if you are not partial to computer work
- Assist in keyword research and development
- Actualize previous month’s activity, ensure engine insertion orders are updated and correct, and future months are flighted accurately
- Conduct search query analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor account performance and budget pacing
- Support the team with test implementation and ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to reporting and data entry tasks
- Act as a quality assurance check for the account and excel workbooks
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
- 0 year work experience, could be an internship or part time role
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, most importantly excel
- Adaptability to technological advancements
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
- A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency setting
