HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services (HSVS) Nuevo Camino program is dedicated to providing 38 unaccompanied minors, ages 5-12, with a supportive, nurturing environment through transitional foster homes, daily education Monday - Friday, and supportive wrap-around services in the Sunset Park section of New York City. Our program is rooted in ensuring that service delivery is trauma informed, culturally appropriate, and tailored to the needs of each child while maintaining all program requirements of ORR.
A Case Aide supports Caseworkers by assisting with documentation, scheduling, client transportation, and communication. They help ensure child safety, facilitate family reunification, and maintain accurate service records.
Nuevo Camino seeks dedicated individuals to make a positive impact on children and families.
- Assist Caseworkers with documentation, client contact, and foster parent contact processes.
- Provide transportation for clients.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for clients.
- Perform case management support services for children, including : Reuniting families. Ensuring child safety. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all services provided.
